Common Questions
How did you get to where you are now in your industry? Tell us a bit of your story.
This business grew out of the need to offer a different approach to the flooring industry. RC&R prides itself on matching the perfect flooring solution to each project - as opposed to a "commodities-like" cookie-cutter approach. We are a designed focused, performance based flooring company. Our goal is to provide you a floor that you will love for years, will compliment and flow with your home, and will out perform your expectations. To us, it is not about just putting down flooring; it is an art we put our focus and heart into.
What is your pricing? / How do you establish pricing for your work?
Our pricing is based on the size of the job, NOT a daily rate.
How do you stay up-to-date on the latest developments in your field?
I am a member of various flooring associations, attend many seminars and immerse myself in the flooring industry. Continuing education is what makes a good flooring technician stand out from the rest.
What makes your work different from others in your industry? What are you most proud of about your work?
Each project is handled with a design focused approach, taking into consideration use of room, decor, performance and budget to provide our customers with a floor they will love for years and years to come!
Do you have any advice for customers looking to hire a pro like you?
It is best to deal with a professional that offers the product, the installation, and the design. Professionals have a vested interest in the project coming out perfectly and giving you the performance that will be beyond your expectations. As opposed to a company who is just looking to get paid to install your floor. My business has been built on repeat and referral business, something I am very proud of and don't take lightly!
